Crossing Narrative and National Borders: The Expansion of Melusine’s Female Wild Zone

Ivy McKay presented at the Seventh Annual LAMPS Conference (Liminality: Crossing Borders, Crossing Boundaries June 2021) as part of Panel 5: Narrative Constructions of Identity.

Ivy McKay completed her BA in English Literature at the University of Central Florida in 2017. She then received her MSc in Medieval Literatures and Cultures from the University of Edinburgh in 2020. Her research focuses on chivalry and knighthood in Old French epic texts and the ideologies that construct our understanding of these concepts. Ivy has been accepted into the Medieval Studies Ph.D. programme at the University of St. Andrews and will begin her doctorate research in Fall 2021.
